Abbie’s dental career started in 2014 working as a dental assistant. She worked with Dr. Redmond for a few years before returning to school to pursue a career as a dental hygienist. After graduation from Forsyth Tech with her degree in Dental Hygiene, Abbie joined the Blue Wolf Dental team to work with Dr. Redmond again.
Abbie is a firm believer in establishing rapport and trust with patients. Her main focus is on providing high quality care to all patients and educating them on how to maintain good oral health. During hygiene visits she encourages patients to ask as many questions as possible. This allows her to personalize treatment and enables patients to be involved in their dental care. Abbie also stays current on new technologies and hygiene products by attending continuing education classes regularly.
Abbie currently resides in Yadkinville with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and being outdoors.
