Penelope joined the Blue Wolf Dental team in March of 2022 as a front desk receptionist. She has over 10 years of experience working in the customer service industry. Professionalism and a hard work ethic are core elements to her character.
Penelope grew up in Ontario, but has called the Triad her home for the last 9 years. While deciding her career path she juggled work and school, but ultimately graduated with her Bachelor’s in Environmental Science with a Distinguished Scholars award from Southern New Hampshire University. Since working at Blue Wolf Dental with Dr. Redmond, she has become an expert receptionist, with extensive knowledge in insurance and patient portfolios. She strives to ensure the best patient care while learning and growing with her office family.
Penelope resides in Forsyth County with her boyfriend and their cat and dog. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling, cooking and reading novels.
